Looking for suggestions about NHI Access Review frameworks if anyone is working in their organization or thought about it.

NHI is increasing and now we need to do Access Reviews periodically like we do for Human Identity. Need suggestions on frameworks, guidelines and best practices if someone has already implemented it.
