Child Safety Standards

Last updated: 2026-05-17

1. Our commitment

Arythmatic Connect (“the Platform”) has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (“CSAE”), including child sexual abuse material (“CSAM”). These standards describe the conduct we prohibit, the mechanisms we maintain to enforce those prohibitions, and the contacts for users, law enforcement, and the public.

These standards apply to all content and interactions on the Platform across web and mobile, including posts, comments, articles, direct messages, channels, group conversations, polls, events, quizzes, profiles, and any media attached to them.

2. Prohibited content and conduct

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate content removal, account termination, and reporting to law enforcement where required by law:

  • Child sexual abuse material in any form.
  • Sexualised depictions of minors, including illustrated, computer-generated, or AI-generated material.
  • Grooming, sexual solicitation, or sexual extortion of minors.
  • Sharing, requesting, trading, or linking to CSAM, including via links to third-party platforms or off-platform messaging.
  • Sexualised commentary on identifiable minors, including images of clothed minors used in a sexualised context.
  • Promoting, glorifying, or normalising the sexual abuse of minors.

3. Reporting CSAE content

How to report

CSAE concerns can be reported directly to our Trust & Safety team at support@arythmatic.cloud. Include the URL or message link, a description of the concern, and any context that helps us locate the content. Please do not attach or forward the offending material itself.

Workspace administrators can additionally remove content and suspend members from inside the Platform using the moderation tools available on every post, message, and profile.

Response times

Reports identified as potential CSAE are reviewed on a priority basis, with a target first response within 24 hours. Confirmed material is removed immediately on identification.

Confidentiality

Reports are handled in confidence. We do not disclose the identity of the reporter to the reported account, and we limit access to the report contents to the personnel required to action it.

4. Enforcement actions

When we confirm CSAE content or conduct, we take the following actions:

  • The content is removed from the Platform across all surfaces.
  • The account responsible is suspended and, in repeat or egregious cases, permanently terminated.
  • The content, account metadata, and access logs are preserved for legal review consistent with applicable preservation obligations.
  • We report to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law. In India this includes reporting through the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in) and cooperating with authorities designated under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (POCSO) and the Information Technology Act, 2000. For users in other jurisdictions we additionally cooperate with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline and other equivalent bodies where reporting is required or recommended.
  • We cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement relating to the matter.

5. Law enforcement and Google contact

For CSAE-related law enforcement requests, legal preservation requests, emergency disclosures, and inquiries from platform providers (including Google Play):

  • Email: support@arythmatic.cloud
  • Subject line: CSAE — [Jurisdiction] — [Case Reference]
  • Response time: within 24 hours for emergencies, 72 hours for standard requests.

Emergency disclosure requests should be flagged in the subject line with the word EMERGENCY and include the requesting officer’s contact details and agency.

6. Age policy

The Platform is intended for users aged 18 and over. India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 treats any person under 18 as a child for purposes of personal-data processing and requires verifiable parental consent for processing children’s data; we do not currently support that consent flow, and so the Platform is closed to users below 18.

Account creation requires authentication through our identity provider, which collects the information necessary to verify account eligibility. Workspace administrators are responsible for ensuring their members meet the age requirement for their community.

If we learn that an account belongs to a minor in violation of these standards, the account is suspended and the information associated with it is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

7. Training and tooling

Members of the Trust & Safety team responsible for reviewing CSAE reports are trained on identification, handling, and reporting obligations. Review work is conducted on managed devices with restricted access and audit logging. Where we use automated detection, we follow industry-standard practices for hashing and matching against known-CSAM databases.

8. Compliance with law

Arythmatic Connect is operated from India and complies with Indian law on the reporting and removal of CSAM. We also observe the leading international frameworks for users accessing the Platform from other jurisdictions:

  • India (primary jurisdiction): the Information Technology Act, 2000; the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021; the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (POCSO); and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP) where personal data of children is involved.
  • United States: 18 U.S.C. § 2258A (NCMEC CyberTipline reporting for users and content touching the United States).
  • European Union: Regulation (EU) 2021/1232 and any successor instrument, including the proposed long-term CSAM Regulation.
  • United Kingdom: the Online Safety Act, 2023.
  • Equivalent statutes in other jurisdictions where the Platform is made available.

9. Updates to this document

These standards are reviewed at least annually and updated whenever the underlying processes or applicable law change materially. The current version is always available at this URL.
